This policy outlines the terms for delivery, cancellation, and refunds for digital goods (Mango Live diamonds) purchased through our platform at topup.amdagency.net.
As we sell digital goods, traditional shipping does not apply. However, this policy covers electronic delivery and related procedures.
Diamonds are delivered electronically directly to your Mango Live account. No physical shipping is involved.
You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp once your diamonds have been successfully delivered to your Mango Live account.
Orders that have not been paid can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Simply do not complete the payment process.
If payment has been made but diamonds have not yet been delivered:
Once diamonds have been delivered to your Mango Live account, cancellation is not possible as digital goods cannot be retrieved once credited.
